What data and why

We process the data from the enquiry form (name, phone, e-mail, location, enquiry text) to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR). If a contract is concluded – also to perform it and for accounting (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Recipients

Messages from the form are sent to our mailbox via the EmailJS service, and the website is hosted on Google Firebase. Accounting documents are passed to our accounting office. Some providers may process data outside the EEA based on mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.

How long

Enquiries that did not lead to a contract – up to 12 months. Contract documentation – for the limitation period of claims and the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or the supervisory authority in your country.
