We build every unit ourselves in Lniska near Żukowo – on a welded steel frame, with PIR sandwich panels, and with installations and finish matched to the purpose.

We build container offices on a welded steel frame, so they can be transported and relocated many times. 100 mm PIR sandwich panel walls keep the inside warm in winter and cool in summer – the office is usable all year round.

Retail and service pavilions
A retail pavilion has to attract customers, so we fit large shop windows, glazed aluminium doors and a façade of steel cassettes, wood-effect cladding, composite panels or natural wood. We leave space for signage on the parapet.

Food service
Food service pavilions
In food service, installations and sanitary rules matter most. That is why we create a ventilated WC and staff room, run water/sewage and 230/400 V installations, and fit safety glass in windows and doors.

Welfare and sanitary pavilions
Staff facilities must be warm, clean and easy to maintain. We build welfare pavilions with toilets, showers and a kitchen, mechanical ventilation, air curtains and air conditioning with heating.

Temporary railway stations
During railway line upgrades we supply complete temporary stations. Each building is assembled from several modules on steel frames, so after the project it can be moved by crane or crane truck to another site.

Residential and holiday
Residential and holiday pavilions
A pavilion with 100 mm PIR panels is comfortable to live in, even in winter. We build units with a shower room, kitchenette and air conditioning with heating – from 12 m² for a garden plot to 35 m² from two modules with a bedroom, living room and kitchen.

Garages, storage and technical containers
We place a sandwich panel garage or storage building on a concrete slab or paving – without a floor, with an insulated garage door or double doors. It is quicker to build than a masonry garage and can be moved later.

- Walls and roof made of 60–140 mm PIR sandwich panels – for year-round use
- EPDM membrane roof
- Floor on 22 mm MFP board with 100 mm insulation, industrial vinyl or laminate
- PVC or aluminium doors and windows, fixed glazing (FIX)
- Electrical installation with distribution board and protection, LED lighting
